Peak 4987
This peak is unofficially know as Cervidae Peak. The east side route from Spring Shores is 3 miles round trip with a 1,200 foot elevation gain. It is a steep, unmarked route. Both the east side and west side routes are suprisingly challenging for such a small mountain. I believe this peak has been climbed every month of the year. I have hiked it 13 straight years and a total of 18 times. The summit register records climbs in most months. It would be a hot climb in the summer.
The peak's route is found at page 146 in the book. Scroll down for route map and photos.
