This spire is located next to El Pima aka Fishhook Spire. Jack Schwabland published an article in the 1950 American Alpine Journal covering a number of 1948 Class 6 climbs in the Sawtooths. AAJ, V. 7 N. 4 (1950) Although this article did not mentioned in the Tomahawk he provided a sketch map and notes to the Iowa Mountaineers sometime later in the early 1950’s, see below.
