This Flat Top Butte is located in Jerome County northeast of the junction of US-93/ID-25. The butte’s summit is a long north-south trending affair with numerous electronics installations. The high point is at the south end of the summit area. There is not much to recommend about this summit except for the view, which is expansive. USGS Falls City

Access
From the junction of US-93 and ID-25, drive 0.9 miles north on US-93 to a signed junction with 100N Road. Turn right/east onto 100N Road and drive 0.7 miles to a junction with signed 500E Road. Turn right/south onto 500E Road and drive 0.6 miles to a signed junction with 45N Road. 45N Road is the service road for the communication towers atop Flat Top Butte. Drive east up 45N Road for 0.1 mile and park (4,220 feet) or continue up 45N Road (bearing right at an unsigned junction) to reach the summit.
