Burgdorf Point sits just north of the Burgdorf Hot Springs. It is a tree covered cone shaped peak with a small treeless summit.

Access

The peak is accessed just north of the Burgdorf Hot Springs. Access from McCall is viathe Warren Wagon Road, FS-21 [(B)(2) page 135]. Turn off the Warren Wagon Road onto the signed French Creek Road. The hot springs is 2.0 miles ahead on the right. FS-247 and a small campground are located just past the resort.

West Slopes, Class 2

This peak can be climbed from almost any direction. I climbed the broad southwest ridge. The ridge is covered by a lodgepole pine forest and easy to navigate. My route reached the summit after 1.4 miles with 1,121 feet of elevation gain.
