Peak 7757 as viewed from the south.

Use the access directions on the South Mountain page to reach a point north of the peak. Park at the junction which is 0.75 miles north of South Mountain’s summit.

From the junction, a 4WD road traverses the ridge line north and eventually leads to a spot just below the summit. This track is drivable to the first saddle where there is parking. I recommend walking the rest of the way both to preserve the landscape and because the route is very poor after the first saddle. The summit is slightly less than a mile from the South Mountain Road and, even with some ups and downs along the way, the elevation gain is less than 400 feet. Class 2
