Access

Use this link: Southern Seven Devils Access. From Black Lake, take FST-218 and then FST-216 through Joes Gap and Six Lake Basin toward the saddle on the peak’s North Side. John Platt and crew accessed Six Lake Basin via FST-173 after running into snow covering the access road. Use the link below to read his trip report for the details.

Southeast Ridge, Class 2

Follow the trail until you are due east of the summit. Hike southwest until you can surmount the peak’s Southeast Ridge. Follow the ridge to the summit.
