Access
Access the peak from the area of the Kennally Creek Campground [(B)(5) on Page 138]. Just before reaching the campground, turn onto FS-394. Follow FS-394 north until you reach the 6,400 foot contour. Park here.
Southwest Ridge, Class 2
From your parking spot, hike ENE to the base of the ridge that runs north to the midpoint between Green Mountain and Peak 7860. From the midpoint, descend ENE to the base of the peak’s Southeast Ridge. Climb the ridge to the summit.
